Decorating and designing a girl’s room can sometimes be a challenge for someone who has not done it in the past.
Some things to keep in mind are that bright colors always add a girly flair, especially pink; it is good to use design accessories such as floral print comforters or stick-on flowers to put on walls.
If you do not want to make the room blatantly feminine, keep the floral and heart designs to a minimum and just use bright colors that go well together.
Stick to up to three colors or the room will start to look too crowded. Using shape stamps such as stars and swirls can be good wall decorations as well as a lamp or rug that matches the theme.
You don’t have to make everything match perfectly, but stick to a general theme and the room will come together well.
